The IAFP is the official publisher of Dairy, Food and Environmental Sanitation and the The Journal of Food Protection

CADMS provides over $2,600 annually to the Dairy Foods and Food Science departments at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, University of California, Davis, California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, and Cal State University, Long Beach. This support allowed these departments to purchase dairy and foods reference texts for their departmental libraries. The reduced support for some state universities programs, like libraries has made it harder for departments to purchase the latest in reference texts. The CADMS Book Program has allowed these departments to purchase reference texts for use by students and faculty.
CADMS supports college undergraduate and graduate students with memberships in the International Association for Food Protection (formerly IAMFES) and travel to the IAFP Annual meeting, this year in Dallas ($900).
CADMS cooperates with three other organizations in sponsoring the Annual Dairy Industry Conference held in late February of each year.
CADMS supports the IAFP annually by providing financial support to the IAFP Foundation ($1,000) and by contributing California items to the Foundation's Annual Silent Auction, the proceeds of which are used to support some Annual Meeting educational events.
